Clean up crew.

Well, the school year is over! Which also allows me more time to work on the website and forums! If no one has noticed. (Which none might) The storefront and Azul page are gone. That is because I realized how rediculous it was to have my writing on my gaming company's webpage. So I created a new website fulfilling all the needs of the people who used to come here for my writing only.

Arcade opened (more) for everyone!

Well, we have now opened the Forum's Arcade system up to more than just members! Guests can now play on the arcade without having to sign up. Yes, guests can play all 100+ arcade games we have. But, you (our guest) wish to keep a personal highscore on the forums you are going to have to sign up and log on to the forums!

Well, recently I myself (SonicBounty50) have started to take up a new Programming language! Yes, I know, epic right? Well that part might not sound so much. But what if I tell you that the Programming Language is going to replace the last one I used for gaming? "Interesting... Go on." Well, I am now learning C# and C++ Programming languages that are used for making stuff like Windows Applications and even more popular in the gaming world, Windows Live Games, Zune games, and Xbox 360 games. Yes, that is right. The Xbox 360! And the best part of this is that when the Striking Fusion games come out for 360 they can be purchased right off the Game Marketplace! But first I will be working with games for Windows specifically. If you join our Forums you will be able to test these games very early and other applications while I am still learning. This also adds for a lot of openings for jobs here! Have any questions? Post them at the forums!

Azul released!

Striking Fusion has published it's first book, 'Azul'.
We also added a new storefront page in which you can buy Azul off of. For a printed version of Azul it costs $10 and $7.50 for a downloadable eBook/PDF version. Also added an Azul page to the Striking Fusion Projects list.

Striking Fusion releases first book.

Well, Striking Fusion is going to wait it out on Paradox for awhile until the entire script is done. But all of the staff here at Striking Fusion are writers. We are about to release a self-published poetry book that you could look for soon in a couple of weeks and think about buying! We are also sorry for the lack of updating. School takes up a lot of work and it's hard to focus on making video games and the entire server while I have to study for Finals about now.

Quest Database added!

Wondering what you can do on Paradox -LIGHT- Alpha v1.0? Well you can take some of the quests we have available for you! Don't know where to take them? Or what they're about? Then visit the Quest Database!

We just released the Quest Database today! It has all the quests so far available on V1.0 don't worry. A lot more will be added in the next updates. Infact if you want to post quest ideas on the forums and we might even make them a quest!

Alpha testing begins!

HAVE YOU BEEN COUNTING?
As the title says, Paradox -LIGHT- Alpha testing has begun! Go to the download page or to our forums to download the game. It comes with a README file that you must read if you plan to play the game. V1.0 Includes:

-24 Maps
-500+ Events
-8 or so Quests
-50+ Equipment
-2 Classes
-1 village/city location "The Academy"

We want to know how you enjoyed Paradox -LIGHT-. Please post on the forums your comments and what you think we could include to make the game a more enjoyable experience for all!

Last night sure was a hectic one for us all here at Striking Fusion. We were trying to release it last night/early this morning. We practically stayed up all night trying to get Paradox -LIGHT- Alpha testing to start but fault internet connections slowed us down along with a couple of errors on the game by the way that are now fixed.

I (SonicBounty50) was playing v1.0 and noticed that some events were showing when they weren't supposed to be shown. And then we had a terrible error that pretty much cut off more than half of our maps from the game itself. But through that trial we fixed all of the problems.

Some have already been wondering and asking us when the next one will come out. And we say, hopefully in a month or so. But all that information about the next update will come soon enough. The next update sure will expand the game a lot though.

Regarding content from Paradox -LIGHT- Alpha V1.0 we will be uploading information about quests from v1.0 and monsters for guests so they can understand what they can do in Paradox -LIGHT-.

Anyway, we all hope you enjoy the game and continue to aide us on our journey as we create Paradox & Paradox -LIGHT-.

Achievement Status Release. Progress!

Go to the Achievement Page now to see Achievements you will be able to earn in Paradox. It will show the achievement, an image and a description of the achievement! To get to the achievement page either click this link, or hover your mouse over Striking Fusion Projects on our Main Menu then click Paradox, then find and click Achievements! Also we have been working more on Paradox -LIGHT-. Alpha Testing has almost begun, stay tuned for a download in the next few weeks!

Tad Delay But Progress

Well, we are working on the items/weapons/armors/skill/job/class lists before we release Paradox -LIGHT- out for Alpha. Though good news is we are about 80% done with all of the lists. And then we will update Paradox -LIGHT- and at the latest it will be up the end of next month. But most likely earlier. Check out our twitter for more updated information about this.

Forum Released!

We have now released the forum to the public! Check it out! It has some cool features as in it has a forum arcade where you can play flash games and compete with other forum members of the Striking Fusion Community. And we have a topsite listing where you can add your website if you have one so you can advertise with Striking Fusion. It also has a store and a rpg system.

Alpha? And forum death and link crash.

Well we have been having a little technical difficulties. Our forum crashed and now doesn't work. And the Striking Fusion Sample link has died. We won't be getting the forum back up for awhile, but the Striking Fusion Sample should be up soon. We're not going to put the forum back up untill we have a good amount of people playing the games.

In other news though, us here at Striking Fusion have been working on a game while we are working on the single-player version of Paradox. We're working on a project called Paradox -LIGHT-. In Paradox -LIGHT-, you create your own character and travel throughout the Paradox universe. You will be able to join different classes/jobs and learn skills and level up on monsters. Paradox -LIGHT- will not have a story line but you will be able to work on quests and battle against bosses in the quests, which you can repeat if you wish for EXP. Also the battle script is much different in Paradox -LIGHT- We're using the ABS Script. "Action Battle Script". We are planning to come up with an Open Alpha Testing soon. We will not release a date yet. But expect it around this or next month at the latest.

Achievements in Paradox.

Happy April fools day! But this is not joke. We will be adding a Achievement system into Paradox which when you finish a certain achievement you will get money, EXP, or Fame for finishing it. There will be multiple achievements, we have only started creating acouple of them recently. We should have around 50 or so Achievements by the time Paradox is released.

Download Issues Fixed

We have had a few issues reported on our sample game download. We have fixed the probelm, if you experienced a problem you may download the game again after deleating it from your hard drive. We have contained the game with a Readme file for step-by-step instructions as well as screenshots to help you.

Striking Fusion Sample Game Released!

Yes, it has been released! So go to the Download Section of our website and forum and download it and check it out! This is a sample game introduced to the Striking Fusion community to give a taste of the battle system that will be used in Paradox. Paradox otherwise is no way shape or form related to this sample game. This sample game can keep you busy for awhile. There are 5 "Easter Eggs", each one gives you a reward. To finish this game you have to find all 5 of them. This game should be a breeze, though some of the "Easter Eggs" are hard to find. Grin

Welcome to Striking Fusion,

Striking Fusion is a gaming company that is full of many Ideas! We are currently focusing on two main video game projects. The first one is Paradox. Which will become a fast-paced RPG with a Cinematic Storyline that will keep you Ingaged for hours. We are currently are working on the first Paradox. Also we are working on Mercury, which will be a hardcore First Person Shooter. Its intense gameplay will make you wanting more and we are expecting to have Online play with it aswell.
